You are exactly right US was in Iraq for oil not for freeing Iraqis form Saddam. NOw US is in Afghanistan not freeing Afghans from Taliban Because Caspian sea and surrounding areas Oil and Natural gas benefits for USA.. for future investments are done right now in Afghanistan..
