I'm about to throw my controller at the frickin screen! Help!!!!!!?

okay well im playing the Legend of Zelda:Twilight princess game, and I have to collect the final piece of the mirror of twilight and im in the heavens okay, you get what im saying. Well I have everything i need to defeat the boss the key, the double clawshot, EVERYTHING just one problem.....WHERE THE HECK DO I GO TO FRICKIN GET TO THE BOSSE'S PLACE! I figured out that i need to pull the ball chandiler thing on the first floor to get the fan going and get to thatrotating fanss out side, but, i cant reach it! please with all you heart PLEASE!!!! tell me how im suppose to get up the to activate the fan and get to the boss's place!!!!!!
