I loved my best friend scince I met him?!?!? Does he like me?!?!?

Well 5 years ago I was overweight and ha really bad acne, I also never waxed in my whole entire life. I looked pretty ick. The only people that wanted to be my friend was my three girl friends an one guy. I fell for this guy because he was an still is so handsome, an he likes me for who I am. Well anyway, we kept on bonding with eachother and we got closer. He would go see a movie with me and go to dinner with me, and even went with me to new York where we saw "in the heights". Well like, two years after that, I lost all my weight and acne and waxed( only once, that sh!t is painful) and he now kind of likes me physically. Like whenever I would go to my locker at the gym and dropped something i would bend over to get it and he would rub my back and said that I now had a bony back, I once sat on his lap and he got really hard. And I went tubing with him in havasu and I was on top of him in the tube, and when the boat pulled the tube we would bounce up an down and he would moan a lot. I have also gone through a bad breakup and he helped me through it. He is just such a nice guy and he looks y too lol. When would be the right time to tell him that I like him?? Should I?? I've known him for almost 6 years now and I'm 18 he's 19
