Selling food to farmshops....can it be done with famous recepies?!?

If I baked cakes and sold them to a farmshops/cafes....would there be some rule about copying other recipes? Would I not be allowed to use cake recepies from say, the River Cafe Cookbook / Delia/ J.Oliver? Would they have to be my own? `thanks
