IPod touch help?

HELP!2 days ago I Jailbroke my iPod touch (1.1.4 8g). Everything was fine and dandy, but today I was trying out different apps (such as summerboard) and I didn't like any of them so I uninstalled them. Some time after this I noticed my settings app (the one that came with my ipod before I jailbroke it) was gone! I cannot get it back! does anyone know how to fix this without restoring my iPod? is there a source with an app for 1.1.4 settings?ANY HELP IS APRECIATED! the person that Gets my settings back gets 10 points.
