How do u make tootsie pop wrappers into a wallpaper?

so my boyfriends bday is soon and he wants a tootsie pop wrapper wall paper i have the wrappers just dont know how to make it into a wallpaper i know he would love it so plz help me give instructions plz i dont want to have to put the wrappers actually on the wall i want to beable to put them on somethin else and then just tape it on the wall bc he moves alot
