I want to score as much as possible and clear IIT, but looking at my conditions, i m in doubt?

m a ninth grader. I really want to go to IIT. every time i make a schedule, i fail. I want to become like manju swaminathan from 2 states.. who can solve any math or science problem.! also., i have such alot of disturbances . like my friend calls me or my brother disturbs me, or i sit on the net, ir tv,,, and then later myself regret it? whats the matter with me? my father has such a lot of expectations from me... i dont want to doom it.! please help me out. on deciding my schedule and my mentality tooo. :(
