If life was a cookbook, would we still have the fear of not having enough spice, or adding too much salt?

Yes, for I have so many recipes in my book. All containing way too much rich brown gravy, lots of bacon with the grease not gone to waste, Whole milk, never skim. A sofa with crumbs of many-a-past meal and in-between-meal snacks. The one good thing is that my tummy is VERY happy. The thing I fear the most is not having the ingredients I want.
