I JUST BINGED AND PURGED!! I NEED SOME HELP!?

You should really ask your parents for help, but I understand the struggle and how you feel. You need to stop worrying about calories, eat a bunch of small things throughout the day. breakfast, a snack, lunch, a snack dinner and a snack. You wont feel so full and bloated and your getting the calories you need by doing that way. I bring raw carrots with me to work as snack and munch on those. Good Luck
