How to get a rabbit to sit on your lap and cuddle with you?

im getting a bunny but im wondering which breed is best for me? im 10 and i've had a bunny in the past who has died of old age. i was thinking of a french or holland lop cuz ive heard theyre more mellow. ive also heard males are more docile than females so which one male or female (i will spay/neuter them) . i live in Anaheim, CA so my town is not familiar with breeds like AFL, or flemish giant, and breeds like that. we usually have breeds like holland lops, french lops, netherland dwarfs and usually new zealand whites . and how to get a rabbit to sit on your lap and cuddle with you (not at the same time lol)
