Was Planned Parent Hood originally founded to limit births of minority babies?

Margret Sanger was a believer of eugenics. She was the mother of all abortion, black & white. She worked mostly among poor, immigrant populations. She was probably trying to get funding for her org. from the KKK. Her group has also gotten money from communist and/or socialist orgs. Now they get it from the government. (Taxpayers=Me & You)
