United states economy?

Will someone please explain how a president take over with a budget surplus, blow it in week. Doesn't listen to numerous attack reports, get attack. Go to war with whomever he sees fit to go to war with. Dow jones sink below 7000, banks start to close left and right. Over 300,000 jobs a month are being lost. Submit a stimulus package that wasn't paid back and now we are suppose to be in worst shape now, lol. Really cons explain that to me. This country has been in debt since George Washington days and will alway carry a debt. Why now is debt so a concern? You guys favorite line we are borrowing from our kids and grandkids, lol. Come on come wit it cons, please explain I am listening, lol.
