Is this a good objective?

I think that is too long for an Objective. Keep it simple and short, basically it is a section where you put what position you want to apply for; personalize it to fit the position. If you are applying for an Administrative istant your Objective would be: Seeking to apply for a position as an Administrative istant. or something like that. The rest of the resume will explain what you've done. Google up for resume sample and learn from it. Good luck!
