Guinea pig toilet paper rolls toy question?

how do you make it? i know that you tske a toilet paper roll with nothing in it and stuff it with fruits veggies food or hay and put newspaper on the ends but what do you do to keep the newspaper connected to the roll so the food wont come out?????? HELP!!!!!! P.S.-- The first or best answer will be chosen for best answer....BUH-BAM!!!!
