Do South Africans know why there will be no crime at the World Cup?

Because 2010 will be held in the US. You may get the European thugs go to the US but not likely to South Africa. They are mostly working cl and can bearly afford to go and see the local Team. A trip to another European Country is an adventure and a possibility but SA is too far,too expensive and way too unsafe.
